Once the commercial clearance is done, the client is all set to integrate their selected platforms (ERP, E-commerce, CRM, etc). Our experienced implementers assist any customer throughout the process for a hassle-free integration. It is recommendable to provide an ad-hoc staging environment with a replica company database. This would facilitate the proficiency and expertise of the client before going live. The implementation team will first connect systems, provide user training, perform business specific configuration changes and then implement everything with the defined settings in a live environment.
