- The details of either new or registered Customers in Bigcommerce are synced (downloaded) to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Any existing Customer in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Master Data is also synced (uploaded) to Bigcommerce.
- Bigcommerce then creates new Customer account for them.
- Products created in NAV are added to Bigcommerce.
- The Product price is also added to Bigcommerce along with the Product sync process.
- If any updates are made in the product details, those will also be reflected in the other side by running the same process.
- Product Stock is synced from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Bigcommerce.
- Web orders placed in Bigcommerce are synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV as Sales Order.
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV Sales Order contains all the Web Order information like Web Order ID, Payment Method etc.
- The Discount Field in Microsoft Dynamics NAV contains information about any discount in Bigcommerce.
- Also APPSeCONNECT dynamic value mapping feature helps in calculating Proper Tax and Shipping Charges.t
- The Online Payment Information, along with the Sales Order, is synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV as Incoming Payment.
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV Delivery, along with the Shipment Tracking Number, is synced (uploaded) to Bigcommerce.
- The Shipment Tracking Number can be entered either manually or generated through some Payment Processing Add-On in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
