  • Integrating numerous custom fields between both the platform and syncing in real time.

Key Challenges of the Project:

  • Update in real-time on website at each moment (price, inventory level, description, custom fields, orders, customer’s information, etc.).
  • Avoid inventory discrepancies between SAP and Magento and increase customer’s satisfaction.
  • Price Sync based on factor on random basis thus syncing the same in Magento.

Our core problem was to synchronize our inventory and pricing to our online store in realtime. Since these would fluctuate regularly, it became impossible for us to update manually the data in our online store on a daily basis.
