We needed to connect our online store to our ERP seamlessly. - Why did you choose APPSeCONNECT?
We looked for different options but APPSeCONNECT was the only connector that covered all our business needs in functionality and budget. - What improvement in performance and result did you get by using APPSeCONNECT?
Our manual activities were reduced a lot and we were able to improv our work flow. - What specific feature did you like most about the product?
The stock sync was really helpful for us and it was LIVE in a really short time! This year we also changed our ERP to SAP B1 and this was a great tool to have more control while we were still learning the use of SAP B1. - Can you mention 2-3 other benefits of the solution you applied?
Today we sync the stock, orders and clients from our online store in Shopify to SAP B1.
This features have been really useful because it reduced manual operations we did for almost a year, today we can have information about our online sales in real time directly in our ERP, and work to improve our customer service and products instead of copying and processing information. - Would you recommend this product? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, I think it’s a great option to have control of your online store sales and customers directly from your ERP.
