We can upload a file and store it privately until you’re ready to share it. We can share the files with groups, users, etc.
We can add a file to a specific record such as opportunity, event by attaching it on the Attachments related list.

The maximum file size can be uploaded is 2 GB.
The maximum file size uploaded for file attachments is 25 MB and feed attachments are 2 GB
