Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact copy for website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, social media, PR articles and all other marketing collaterals like presentations, brochures, events, etc.
- Translate complex B2B IT and SaaS/iPaaS solutions into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand voice and business goals

Eligibility Criteria

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Thinking
- Dive into user interviews, surveys, and competitor research to decode what users want
- Frame sharp, validated problem statements that make decision-making effortless
- Convert insights into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and structured business requirements
2. Execution Excellence
- Prepare high-quality PRDs and maintain a well-groomed backlog ready for sprint execution
- Team up with engineering to ensure clarity, reduce rework, and keep delivery smooth
- Continuously adopt and apply product frameworks in daily work
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams
- Be the voice of the user in roadmap discussions, planning, and trade-offs

4. Organizational Contribution
- Suggest data-backed product improvements and push high-value ideas into the roadmap

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft seamless user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Uizard, Figma AI, Galileo, etc.) to accelerate ideation, layouts, and user flows
- Translate product requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with Marketing/CS team to understand user journey and expectations
- Collaborate with Product, Dev, and QA to ship designs that work, not just look good
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-backed design iterations
- Maintain a consistent design system and push for UX best practices across teams
Eligibility Criteria
- 4 years of proven experience as a UX designer (preferably in SaaS/Product companies)
- Strong command over Figma with familiarity in AI-based design tools
- Ability to map business problems into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Understanding of user psychology, accessibility, and responsive design
- A portfolio that showcases your thought process, not just visual design
- Bonus: Motion design or advanced prototyping skills
