Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize landing pages, microsites, and campaign journeys to drive conversions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with growth, content, performance marketing, and design teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Run and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve campaign performance
- Use tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify drop-offs and user behavior patterns
- Develop conversion-focused UX strategies aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals
- Ensure consistency in brand experience across all digital touchpoints
- Contribute to UX audits, competitor analysis, and benchmarking studies
- Work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment with quick turnaround cycles
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of experience in UX design for marketing, growth, or digital campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-driven design work such as landing pages, campaigns, and funnels
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Strong understanding of funnel thinking, CTA placement, and persuasion design
- Solid understanding of user psychology, trust signals, and behavioral design principles
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Webflow, or similar
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into design improvements
- Strong collaboration skills with content, performance, and growth teams

- Set up, configure, and maintain demo environments across multiple platforms
