APPSeCONNECT ProcessFlow is a powerful Visual Integration Builder that helps you design an integration flow easily within a simple drag-and-drop interface. It is a series of individual tasks / business logic that lets you connect apps and automate business processes seamlessly. A ProcessFlow is distinguished by its simplicity to automate repetitive tasks, allowing quick implementation and flexible deployment.

A Package is a collection of one or more ProcessFlows that help in automating and integrating specific processes and data endpoints. The Packages are essentially business process automation solutions or templatized workflows built to achieve desired organizational goals. You can install and deploy multiple packages from the APPSeCONNECT Marketplace / Package Library as per your requirement.
A Task is defined as an execution of a Node/Step in a ProcessFlow. For Example, if a ProcessFlow has a node to create new business partners, then each business partner creation will consume one task.
It completely depends on how many Nodes you have in the ProcessFlow and how frequently you plan to execute the steps.
  • Premium apps are standard web service applications that are popular and highly used by organizations around the globe. Such apps include Microsoft Dynamics NAV, 365 Business Central, 365 CRM, GP, SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, Priority ERP, Sage 300, Uniconta, Zoho Books, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Magento/Adobe Commerce, PrestaShop, Shopware, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Amazon, OroCommerce, etc.
  • Custom apps facilitate the integration of APPSeCONNECT with any application or service that provides public APIs, mostly REST API endpoints.
  • Enterprise apps are complex, heavy web service applications that are used by some of the largest enterprise brands around the globe. Such apps include SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC/All in One, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Sage X/3. More coming in the future.
Yes, with limited features for General and Premium Apps. However, we do not offer free trial for Enterprise Apps.
Yes, APPSeCONNECT charges a one-time setup fee!
We accept SWIFT-based transfers / bank wire transfer after invoice.

Yes, you can change your plan later, i.e., upgrade or downgrade it at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll need to pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. If you choose to downgrade, you’ll be credited on your next bill. Please note that if you wish to downgrade, your choice of applications must be available in the plan you choose.
If you cancel your plan, you will be automatically shifted to the 30-day free trial plan, post which your account will be disabled. However, you are welcome to come back and activate your account any time within these 30 days.
