New Customer: New customer’s account, contact information, billing and shipping address etc. will be synchronized. New customer sync can be done bi-directionally from Magento to Microsoft Dynamics AX, also from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Magento. Existing Customer: Existing web customer’s details are downloaded to Microsoft Dynamics AX automatically in real time. If any existing customer updates their information, then it will be synced.
ITEM
List items in different categories: List Microsoft Dynamics AX items in the e-commerce web store. Attach Multiple images to an Item: AX User can attach multiple images along with an item before uploading it to Magento ecommerce store. Maintain different Pricelists in different websites: The ability to attach Microsoft Dynamics AX pricelists with Magento websites allows an Item to have different prices in different websites based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX pricelist. Maintain Exact Inventory Level: Real-time Stock Update from Microsoft Dynamics AX to maintain exact inventory level in the eCommerce store. Easy download of Products: Download existing web products to Microsoft Dynamics AX in just one click. Product Details Update: Updation made in product details on Microsoft Dynamics AX can be instantly made to reflect in Magento Ecommerce Store.
ORDER
Sales Order Sync: All the Magento sales orders placed by the web customer will instantly be converted into Microsoft Dynamics AX Sales Orders. Payment Method Sync: APPSeCONNECT will sync back payment method from Magento to Microsoft Dynamics AX in sales. In case of online payment, transaction ID will be synced back to Microsoft Dynamics AX sales order along with payment mode (PayPal/Authorize.Net, etc.) providing an option to Microsoft Dynamics AX users to charge the corresponding payment gateway website/provider. Web Order Status Update: Once delivery invoice or A/R invoice is generated in Microsoft Dynamics AX, web users can instantly get the updated information and shipment tracking number on Magento by viewing the web order status which will be changed from ‘pending/processing’ to ‘shipped/complete’. Order Total Calculation: Exact value mapping of tax and shipping charges are ensured for proper order total calculation while converting web orders into Microsoft Dynamics AX sales orders.
PAYMENT
Payment Gateway: The Magento store being integrated with a payment gateway, payment authorization and capture process will happen in the gateway website. On successful payment, the transaction ID will be returned and the order will get placed on Magento. Also the invoice will be instantly generated in eCommerce store. APPSeCONNECT will download the sales order, invoice to Microsoft Dynamics AX as ERP sales order and A/R reserve invoice with incoming payment along with the online payment transaction ID. Payment Method Details: In case capture process is required to be done after delivery dispatch. After the payment authorization, we can download the payment method details as incoming payment in Microsoft Dynamics AX with the transaction ID.
SHIPMENT
Shipment method & Shipment Charges: eCommerce shipping method and shipment charges will be fully mapped with Microsoft Dynamics AX shipping method and freight, through APPSeCONNECT. Shipment Tracking Number: Microsoft Dynamics AX user can put the shipment tracking no. in Microsoft Dynamics AX Delivery Note and it will be synced to Magento. This tracking number is available in the storefront in the order details. Thus, web customer can track his/her shipments using this tracking number.
