Dynamics 365 Business Central and Kibo Commerce Integration

Customer (Add/Update)

With this Kibo Commerce Dynamics Business Central integration connector new customers registered on Kibo Commerce website will be synced to Dynamics 365 Business Central as Customer, with all the details such as billing & shipping address, customer information, email ID, phone number, etc. Updates made to existing customers in Kibo Commerce will also be synced to Dynamics 365 Business Central with all details. Since Customer sync works bidirectionally, any customer in Dynamics 365 Business Central will also be synced to Kibo Commerce with all the abovementioned details.

Product (Add/Update)

New products on the Kibo Commerce website will be synced to Dynamics 365 Business Central as Products, with all the details such as product name, description, short description, price, product code, etc. Updates made to existing products in Kibo Commerce will also be synced to Dynamics 365 Business Central with all details, and vice versa. Since Product sync works bidirectionally, any product in Dynamics 365 Business Central will also be synced to Kibo Commerce with all the abovementioned details.

Inventory

Inventory level updates for new or existing products with location ID will be synced from Dynamics 365 Business Central to Kibo Commerce. These IDs will also be synced within Dynamics 365 Business Central itself.

Sales Order

New orders placed on the Kibo Commerce website will be synced to Dynamics 365 Business Central as Sales Order, with all the details such as items ordered, amount, customer, name, address, etc.
