- By Site / Warehouse
- Any update to the Product Inventory in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce B2B based on the Item Inventory ID from the site(s) / warehouse(s) maintained within SAP.
- Note: Location code must be accurately maintained to sync Inventory details from SAP Business One to BigCommerce.
- Newly placed Sales Order on BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One SL as orders with the following details:
- Account Name
- Sales Order ID
- Address
- Item Details
- Customer Details
- Order Document Details
- Tax Details
- Discount
- Note: Tax code will need to be defined accurately in both BigCommerce Enterprise B2B and SAP Business One Service Layer to achieve accurate calculations.
