Customer Add and Update – iVend to Shopify+
- Sync newly onboarded Customer(s) from iVend Retail to Shopify with the following details: Name, Email ID, Phone No., and Address.
- The ProcessFlow will also sync updates made to existing Customer details from iVend Retail to Shopify.
Customer Add and Update - Shopify to iVend+
- Sync newly onboarded Customer(s) and their details in the business lineup from Shopify to iVend Retail with the following details: Name, Email ID, Phone No., and Address.
- The ProcessFlow will also update the existing Customer details from Shopify to iVend Retail.
Product Category Add+
- iVend to Shopify
Sync the Master Product Category(s) and their details in the business line-up from iVend to Shopify. The following Category(s) details will be synced: Title.
Product Add and Update+
- Sync Product(s) from iVend to Shopify with following details: Name, SKU, Description, Variants, Options.
- This ProcessFlow will also update the existing Product details from the iVend to Shopify.
Price Update+
- iVend to Shopify
This ProcessFlow will also update the existing Product Price(s) from iVend to Shopify with following details: Title and Price based on SKU.
Store-Specific Inventory Update+
- iVend to Shopify
Update the Item Inventory from iVend to Shopify with following details: Inventory Level, Inventory Tracking based on specific store.
Inventory Update for Multiple Stores+
- iVend to Shopify
Update the Item(s) Inventory from iVend to Shopify with following details: Inventory Level, Inventory Tracking based on the stores mapped in the lookup. This will be used if there is more than one store.
Order Add+
- Sync newly placed Orders from Shopify to iVend with the following details: Store ID, Transaction Date, Business Date, Customer ID, Amount, Order Number, Name, Email ID, Phone No., Billing Address, and Shipping Address.
- For the Order Line Item, the attributes synced are Product Name, Quantity, Description, Unit Price, Product ID, Tax, and Tax Rate.
- For the Payment, the attributes synced are Payment Type ID, Amount, Tender Type, Payment Reference Number, Payable Amount and Paid Amount.
Refund Add for Canceled Orders+
- iVend to Shopify
Sync Refunds for Canceled Orders from iVend to Shopify with the following details: Line Item Id, Location Id, Transaction Parent Id, Transaction Amount and Transaction Gateway etc.
Refund Add for Fulfilled Orders+
- iVend to Shopify Sync Refund(s) from iVend to Shopify along with the attributes: Line Item Id, Location Id, Quantity, Transaction Parent Id, Transaction Amount and Transaction Gateway etc.
Shipment Add+
- iVend to Shopify
Sync Shipments (fulfillments) from iVend to Shopify along with the attributes: Comments, Order Address Id, Order Product Id, Quantity etc.
Segment Create+
- iVend to Shopify
Sync Segment(s) from iVend to Shopify along with the attributes: Name and Id.
Coupon Add+
- iVend to Shopify
Add Coupon(s) from iVend to Shopify along with the attributes: Title, Value, Value Type, Segment Id, Product Id, Discount Code, Start Date and End Date etc.
