- Sync any updated details of each Customer from Magento / Adobe Commerce to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with the following details:
- Name
- Email Id
- City, Country
- Address Lines
- Phone Number
- Sync newly added Products from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to Magento / Adobe Commerce with the following details:
- Products
- Product Name
- Type
- Price
- SKU
- Note: Following important attributes need to be configured properly for Simple Products in Dynamics 365 F&O to make the Product Sales Order ready.
- Sync and update Product Inventory update from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to Magento / Adobe Commerce based on the Item Inventory ID and designated site(s) maintained in the ERP.
- Note: Location Code needs to be maintained accurately to sync Inventory details in Magento / Adobe Commerce.
- Sync newly placed Sales Orders from Magento / Adobe Commerce to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with the following Order details:
- Order Number
- Name
- Billing Address and Shipping Address
- Product Name
- SKU
- Price
- Quantity
- Note: Tax Codes will need to be defined properly in both Magento / Adobe Commerce and Dynamics 365 F&O to get accurate calculation.
- Sync newly created Invoices from Magento / Adobe Commerce to Dynamics 365 Business Central with the following details:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Billing Address
- Currency
- Date
- Invoice Number
- Item Number
- Type
- SKU
- Unit Price
- Quantity
- Line Amount
- UOM
- Sync Shipment/Fulfillment details like Order Fulfillment Status and Tracking Number for every Sales Orders from Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to Magento / Adobe Commerce.
