SAP S/4HANA and BigCommerce Integration

Product (Add/Update)

Products listed in SAP S/4HANA will be synced as Products under Catalog in BigCommerce. Since Product sync works bidirectionally, updates made to existing products with details in SAP S/4HANA will also be synced to BigCommerce. Updates made to any product in SAP S/4HANA (where product is already available in BigCommerce), the details will be synced to BigCommerce as well.

Customer

New Customer: New customer’s account, contact information, billing and shipping address etc. will be synchronized from BigCommerce to SAP S/4HANA Business Partner Master Data. Existing Customer: Existing web customer’s details are downloaded from BigCommerce to SAP S/4HANA automatically in real time.

Inventory

Inventory level updates in SAP S/4HANA will be synced to BigCommerce, updating the item quantity in BigCommerce.

Sales Order

New orders placed on the BigCommerce website will be synced to SAP S/4HANA as Sales Transaction Entry under the Sales section, with all the details such as item orders, amount, customer information, etc. All the web orders will be posted in SAP under an individual Customer.

Invoice

Invoices generated in SAP S/4HANA are synced to BigCommerce automatically.

Price

Updates in Product Prices in SAP S/4HANA will be seamlessly synced to BigCommerce for accurate pricing. Alternatively, product price changes in BigCommerce eCommerce will be synced in real-time in SAP S/4HANA.

Order Fulfillment

Any order fulfillment from the Order Fulfillment section under Sales in SAP S/4HANA will be synced to BigCommerce with details such as tracking number, shipping method, etc.
