- Pricebook Sync
One Sales Price in NAV will be mapped as the standard price in CRM system, additional Sales Prices will be mapped with PriceBooks created in Zoho. So when Product is synced from NAV to Zoho, multiple Sales Prices will also be synced to CRM. PriceBooks are generally assigned to different customer groups to offer discounted price to Resellers/ Wholesellers.
- Sales Quotation sync
All the Zoho CRM Sales Quotes for any particular Account will be synced as NAV Sales Quotes for further Order processing.
- Sales Order Sync
The Zoho CRM Sales Orders with its current status will be synced as NAV Sales Orders. Items selected, tax, billing, shipping address, due date, etc. of the Sales Order will be synced in Dynamics NAV.
- Invoice sync
APPSeCONNECT will sync back the payment method from Zoho to Dynamics NAV for sales. Zoho CRM Invoices will be synced back as NAV Invoice.
