SAP Business One and Starshipit Integration
- Customer contact and address details can be populated in Starshipit and synced in between Starshipit and SAP B1. It’s a bidirectional sync feature. Also, after adding a customer, some customer details have been altered and these changes will be updated in either from SAPB1 to Starshipit or vice versa via APPSeCONNECT.
- Add Order:
Starshipit orders or multichannel imported orders can be added/imported to SAPB1 sales orders with specific details i.e. billing/shipping details, items, the amount paid, tax amount, shipping amount & the important feature is that it will also tell the store information from which the order came. Since it’s a bi-directional sync process, therefore orders can be created in SAP B1 ERP and synced back to Starshipit depends on customer requirements.
- Update Order:
Orders can be updated which has already synced to SAP B1. Suppose after adding an order to SAP, one makes changes on that order like changing the item, delivery date or prices etc., it can be easily accomplished.
- Once orders are processed and labels are created from Starshipit, APPSeCONNECT will sync them as a delivery document against their corresponding orders in SAP B1. Shipped orders from Starshipit can be populated with package size/label/weight/tracking id and shipping status needs to be updated in SAP B1.
