- Any new customer or account added in Zoho Books will be synced to SAP Business One as a Business Partner. All details of the web customer including billing & shipping address and contact information with the email id and telephone number will be available in SAP Business One.
- When customer records are updated in Zoho Books, corresponding SAP Business One records are also updated.
- Any contact person registered under Customer in Zoho Books website will be synced back to SAP Business One under the Business Partner Master data as a Contact Person. All details of the contact person including contact information with the email id and telephone number will be synced to the SAP Business One.
- Customer/Accounts and Contacts sync works bi-directionally. Existing customer & Contact details can be sync back to Zoho Books from SAP Business One.
- Any Item listed in your SAP Business One will be uploaded as Products in Zoho Books. Product sync works bi-directionally. Existing products with details can be sync back to SAP Business One from Zoho Books.
Stock Update, which happens in SAP Business One through the Purchase or Production Process, will be synced back to the Zoho Books website.
APPSeCONNECT allows a different combination of Stock Sync from SAP Business One to Zoho Books in In Stock, Committed and Ordered Quantities.
Example:
- In Stock – Committed + Ordered
- In Stock – Committed
- Any orders placed in the Zoho Books will be synced back to the SAP Business One as a Sales Order. All the order details like Items Ordered, Amount, Freight, etc. will be available in SAP Business One.
