- Contacts created in the CRM system will be synced to the NAV system as Accounts/Contacts.
- Similarly Contacts created in the NAV system as Person type and Company type will be synced to the CRM system as Contacts and Account respectively.
- APPSeCONNECT Sugar and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Integration allows Sales Representative entered in the CRM system to be synced back to the NAV system as the Sales representative.
- Similarly Sales representative entered in the NAV system will be synced back to the CRM system.
- The Account created in the CRM system will be synced as downloaded as Contact person as well as Account/Company in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
- Similarly Account/Company created in the NAV system will be synced back as Account in the CRM system.
- APPSeCONNECT Sugar and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Integration allows to sync CRM Order/Opportunity into NAV ERP system as Opportunity.
- The integration can also be configured to sync Opportunity created in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system as an Opportunity in the CRM system.
**APPSeCONNECT will require RTC Client in NAV and NAV Database need to be SQL Server
