- Customer will be synced back to Zoho Crm along with customer details which includes their billing and shipping addresses, contact information under Accounts in Zoho CRM.
- Customer/Accounts sync works bi-directionally. Existing customer details can be sync back and forth to Uniconta.
- Contacts defined in Uniconta will be synced back to Zoho CRM under Contact in Zoho CRM. Contact will be added as Contact Person in Zoho linked with the accounts related with that contacts.
- ERP Items can be Synced with all its details to Zoho under Products.
- One Price List in Uniconta will be mapped as the standard price in CRM
- All the Zoho CRM Sales Quotes for any Account will be synced with all line item details as Uniconta Sales Quotations for further Order processing.
- The Zoho CRM Sales Orders with its current status will be synced as Uniconta Sales Orders. Items selected, tax, billing, shipping address, due date, etc. of the Sales Order will be synced in Uniconta.
- Uniconta Invoices will be synced under Invoice section in Zoho CRM.
