SYNCHRONY, APPSeCONNECT’s biggest and the most awaited annual corporate event took place on 5th April, 2024 at Altair, Kolkata. As the curtains rose on SYNCHRONY 2024, it not only showcased APPSeCONNECT’s triumphs of the preceding fiscal year but also served as a forum for unveiling groundbreaking innovations, unveiling the latest product advancements, and charting the course for the year ahead.
This event has forever served as the best opportunity for the team to get synced with the year-round updates, achievements and helped new team members to get and get acquainted with the team. This year’s event was the biggest yet for APPSeCONNECT where the team explored the theme – The Power of Compounding.

Keynote – SYNCHRONY 2024
SYNCHRONY 2024 was kicked off by an engaging keynote by Shailendu Verma, Co-founder of APPSeCONNECT, who chimed in virtually to share his profound insights and ignite inspiration among all the Automation Champs.
Following this, Atul Gupta, CEO and Co-founder of APPSeCONNECT, took the stage with an enlightening session. Atul’s presentation was a treasure trove of insights and strategies for achieving critical milestones and growth targets. It served to align team members, both seasoned veterans and newcomers alike, with the lessons learned from the past year and the ambitious vision for the future, with a focus on this year’s theme – the Power of Compounding.
Departmental Dashboard from Automation Champs!
Insightful departmental dashboards were presented which gave the entire team an inside scoop into the individual departments that provided valuable insights into the various departments.
Product Engineering
The departmental dashboard was kicked off with a presentation from the Product Engineering team, presented by Samarendra Ghosh, VP of Technology at APPSeCONNECT. With that insight, the team brought in several breakthrough features, discussed what’s new with APPSeCONNECT, the sustainable solutions created, the enhanced stability and how they transformed obstacles into opportunities.
Following this, Abhishek Sur, VP of Product at APPSeCONNECT, delivered a compelling session focusing on product stability, enriching the audience with further insights.
Marketing
A super creative and engaging dashboard was presented by Jhilik Dasgupta, VP of Marketing, that represented the year-round efforts of the Marketing team. With impressive metrics, they demonstrated the value added throughout the past year and outlined innovative strategies for 2024-25, aligning them with our company objectives and the overarching theme. The session was accentuated by some awesome customer testimonials which fueled the enthusiasm of the Automation Champs, inspiring them to strive for excellence.
Business Development and Customer Success
An enthusiastic and data-driven report from the Business Development Team was delivered by Subhajit Goswami, VP of Business Development, that detailed all the big sales figures and the reputed brands we partnered with over the last financial year.
Avijit Paul, VP of Customer Onboarding and Md. Riaz, VP of Customer Success, presented an effective overview on behalf of the Customer Success Department, about how they have diligently provided support to our customers and showcased all our top integrations that our customers are implementing currently, and thus focus on curating a more targeted experience for them. Providing detailed insights on customer satisfaction and retention, they celebrated achievements and outlined a meticulous roadmap for the future.
IT and HR
A wonderfully detailed dashboard was presented by Sanjib Adhikary, VP of IT & Support showcased their efforts involved in getting the ISO certification and digital security infrastructure that ensures a seamless technology experience for our team members and robust data security for both of us, and our customers alike.
Concluding the presentations, Sagorika Goswami, VP of Human Resources, delivered the highly anticipated and engaging session. Setting the stage with the theme of “The Power of Compounding” in terms of people, the presentation provided updates on talent acquisition, productivity, and employee well-being. The session concluded with a glimpse into future plans, leaving the audience inspired and eager for what lies ahead.
Where the Fun Begins – SYNCHRONY 2024
The day began at 9 am, sharp with a lavish breakfast spread that tantalized both the eyes and the taste buds. Following the insightful dashboard session, a delectable lunch was served at 2 pm, featuring a variety of delicacies complemented by mouth-watering desserts.
Post-lunch, an interactive session took center stage. Starting with a lively quiz, the atmosphere soon buzzed with excitement as freshers took part in a speech contest. This not only broke the ice but also filled the room with laughter and joy, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience!
APPSeCONNECT Annual Awards – Synchrony 2024
The much-anticipated award ceremony recognizing the hard work and dedication of all APPSeCONNECT team members was held.
The “Galactic Gratitude” awards were presented to all the veteran team members that have throughout the years shown exceptional dedication and skills in their respective fields towards the growth of the company.
Following this, the “Rockstar Rookies” were awarded to all the newcomers in the team that have shown the talent and potential to take up higher responsibilities.
The atmosphere heated up with the presentation of the “Hotshot Hustler” awards to the dynamic individuals who consistently go above and beyond, driving towards goals with unmatched determination and skill.
The next category of award, “Learning Jedi” was awarded to the fast-learning team members who have shown persistent enthusiasm towards continued learning and refreshing their knowledge.
Alongside these awards, “Recognition Awards” were also presented to team members based on their distinguished achievements across their respective departments.
A commendation was given to the “Testimonial Troopers” team members who demonstrated exceptional persuasion skills by bringing in compelling testimonials that highlighted the successful outcomes customers have attained through the use of APPSeCONNECT.
Recognizing the creativity and impact of our webinar and podcast creators, they too received well-deserved recognition.
Towards the end, an engaging “Peer-to-Peer” award session unfolded, spotlighting team members for their distinct and unconventional qualities, as determined by the collective vote. The blend of games and awards injected a dose of excitement into the conference, providing a refreshing break and an opportunity to celebrate our collective achievements.

As the curtains draw on SYNCHRONY 2024, we reflect on a day filled with inspiration, celebration, and unity.
