The Power of Teamwork: Highlights from the Team
Following up on the keynote speech, each team presented informative departmental dashboards that provided valuable insights into the various departments. The departmental dashboard was kicked off with a presentation from the Product Engineering team, presented by Mr. Samarendra Ghosh, VP of Product Engineering at APPSeCONNECT. With the motivation of “Let’s create a product our customers love,” the team has evolved the platform through data-driven decisions from customer insights on a case-to-case basis. With that insight, the team brought in several breakthrough features ranging from automated upgrades, faster application setup, centralized credential management, and self-service support portal to 35 newly launched ready-to-use integration packages for all leading business applications.
Next up was the Marketing team’s dashboard, presented by Ms. Jhilik Dasgupta, VP of Marketing, which brought a new level of enthusiasm to the event with a Star Wars-themed presentation. The team demonstrated their proficiency in using the value proposition canvas to identify the ideal customer profile based on the learnings from SaaSBOOMi Cohort 2022. The presentation was filled with discussions on what ICPs are, how to identify customers based on their required Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), and how APPSeCONNECT achieved milestones such as getting featured on the G2 grid for E-Commerce Data Integration and Business Process Management. The team also highlighted how they shared their knowledge by hosting insightful webinars and their learnings from different industry events. Future strategies and plans were also highlighted, giving everyone a glimpse into the exciting strategies the team has in the pipeline.
Following up on the Marketing dashboard, Mr. Subhajit Goswami, VP of Business Development showcased their latest achievements in their presentation, which included the onboarding of several big-name customers such as Smith & Wesson and US Tobacco. The Sales team also shared their new and engaging pre-sales strategies that have resulted in an increased number of total engagements and lead conversions. It was incredible to hear about the number of new customers added to their portfolio and the 2x growth in deal size. The Sales team’s presentation was not just about their current achievements, but it also highlighted their future goals and how they are continuously evolving to meet the ever-changing market demands.
The Customer Success presentation was up next, hosted by Mr. Abhijit Paul, VP of Customer Success Onboarding, showcasing all the strategic brands that have connected with APPSeCONNECT over the past year and how they helped deliver customer success. The presentation highlighted the team’s achievements, such as the total hours of dedicated support provided to customers, revenue contribution, and 40+ projects with fast-track onboarding. The team’s efforts in generating opportunities through business requirement discussion and educating customers about the benefits of Business Process Automation (BPA) were also highlighted.
Followed by the Product Delivery team’s presentation, Mr. Md. Riaz, VP of Customer Success, took to the stage and showcased the team’s customer retention strategies, focusing on the top customers that have been with APPSeCONNECT from the critical stage. The presentation highlighted the team’s impressive customer retention rate, the total revenue achieved during the fiscal year, and net dollar retention through recurring revenue. The presentation was truly insightful and highlighted the importance of building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
A wonderfully detailed dashboard was presented by Mr. Sanjib Adhikar on IT & Support and was a commemoration of the technical successes achieved by the IT team. The presentation showcased the team’s impressive technological milestones and their unwavering commitment to providing the best IT support possible. The biggest highlight of the presentation was APPSeCONNECT’s achievement of becoming ISO 27001:2013 certified, which is a testament to the IT team’s dedication to ensuring the highest level of data security for customers. The presentation also highlighted the team’s efforts in constantly improving the IT infrastructure and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
Last but not least, Mrs. Sagorika Sanyal, VP of Human Resources, presented a fascinating presentation at SYNCHRONY 2023, highlighting the benefits brought on through the implementation of a more focused workflow throughout the organization. The presentation also highlighted the diversity within the company and the team’s commitment to creating an inclusive work culture. After a sumptuous lunch, the SYNCHRONY 2023 conference took a fun-filled turn with an exciting games session that got everyone pumped up. The games were a great way to unwind and take a break from the conference sessions while fostering team bonding. From quizzes to guessing games, the gaming session tested every team member’s knowledge of the SaaS industry and their quick wits. APPSeCONNECT’s Hyderabad team also joined in virtually, to be part of the fun-filled game session.

The “Galactic Gratitude” awards were presented to all the veteran team members that have throughout the years shown exceptional dedication and skills in their respective fields towards the growth of the company.
Next up, the “Rockstar Rookies” were awarded to all the newcomers in the team that have shown the talent and potential to take up higher responsibilities.
The “Hotshot Hustler” awards were presented to highly skilled team members who work aggressively to achieve goals within deadlines.
The next category of award, “Learning Jedi” was awarded to the fast-learning team members who have shown persistent enthusiasm towards continued learning and refreshing their knowledge.
Alongside these awards, “Recognition Awards” were also presented to team members based on their distinguished achievements across their respective departments.
A commendation was given to the “Testimonial Troopers” team members who demonstrated exceptional persuasion skills by bringing in compelling testimonials that highlighted the successful outcomes customers have attained through the use of APPSeCONNECT.
