Following this, APPSeCONNECT introduces an innovative solution with the launch of the Private App Feature which solves the problem of integrating Private Apps into regular workflows without the need for coding. 2023 Teamwork and Synergy – Round-Up

Synchrony 2023

APPSeCONNECT recently hosted its highly anticipated annual event, SYNCHRONY 2023, on the 7th of April at Altair in Kolkata. SYNCHRONY was a platform that highlighted the great achievements made by APPSeCONNECT over the past fiscal year, while also providing an opportunity to talk about groundbreaking innovations and learn about the latest product developments. Additionally, all team members were updated on business partners, gained valuable customer insights, and helped new team members sync with the company.

Hackathon 2023

The second edition of the Hackathon, held on September 29th and 30th, was a remarkable event emphasizing teamwork and innovation. In just 34 hours, employees collaborated on creative projects related to integration and business automation, showcasing APPSeCONNECT’s commitment to adaptability and innovation. The hackathon highlighted our strong company culture, breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across departments.

APPSeCONNECT Recruitment Drive

Two successful recruitment drives were organized throughout the year, bringing in the energy and enthusiasm of young talents. The group discussions and interviews were impressive, reflecting the dynamic spirit of potential team members.

Blog-a-thon

Our automation champions came together for a blog-a-thon, celebrating content, contribution, and collaboration. This event played a pivotal role in shaping the future of automation by leveraging the expertise within our team.

Workation 2023

Workation has remained a part of APPSeCONNECT’s team bonding activity and has proven to be a very productive and synergy Workation has been the perfect opportunity for us over 2023 to foster team bonding and collaborative work. Teams, comprising 10-12 members each, traveled to Inspiria Knowledge Campus in Siliguri for a week of collaborative work amidst nature. The Workation also included knowledge-sharing sessions with Inspiria.

Year-Round Celebrations with APPSeCONNECT

Throughout the year, we celebrated various occasions, including Holi, the 1-year anniversary of APPSeCONNECT, Vishwakarma Puja, Agomoni, and a festive Secret Santa for Christmas.
