Founded in 1984 with a physical store, when they decided to venture online and open an online Shopify store, they approached us for integrating their back-end ERP with the online store. We needed to connect our online store to our ERP.

Today we sync the stock, orders and clients from our online store in Shopify to SAP B1.
This features have been really useful because it reduced manual operations we did for almost a year, today we can have information about our online sales in real time directly in our ERP, and work to improve our customer service and products instead of copying and processing information.
