Syncing-Order-from-SAP-Business-One- to-Salesforce

In this article, we are going through the steps involved in the flow of Sales Order data from SAP Business One to Salesforce. For the process of syncing the Sales Order data, we will use APPSeCONNECT, a best-in-the-class iPaaS Solution. This solution connects and integrates any kind of business application based on the requirement of the owners. Only a smart and robust application will facilitate the seamless transfer of data.

‘Sales Order’ is a contract or a document maintained between a customer and a sales organization for supply of specified goods or services over a specified time period. On the other hand, it is a commitment from a customer or lead to buy a product or service. In the sales process, orders are created directly or converted from Quote and have the same data which includes Customer, Products, Quantity etc.

For example, when the opportunity in Salesforce is converted to Quote it goes to SAP Business One and once this Quote is converted into an Order in SAP, it should sync back to Salesforce so that the data at both ends (SAP BUSINESS ONE and Salesforce) have same information by the end of the process cycle. It’s very important to maintain same data at both ends. If there are huge numbers of orders, it becomes more difficult to enter details manually without any fault and consumes a lot of time. APPSeCONNECT is an integration tool which helps you maintain same business data at both ends, with any data redundancy, and amplifies revenue numbers.

Orders in Salesforce can be added to Contracts or Accounts. Contract details are mandatory in standard Salesforce order object. Some organizations may not use contracts in Salesforce so, custom order object is created in Salesforce to sync orders without contracts. Here are the Best Apps to Integrate with Salesforce!
