We currently provide two types of user roles when using APPSeCONNECT cloud platform. One is the Technical User role, which enables you as an owner to edit/ customize integration points, change business logic, create workflows, work with the scheduler, delete integration endpoints etc. The technical user will have full access to the integration platform and can do customization themselves. On the other hand, if you are a non-technical user and you do not want to handle complexity yourself, we also provide a non-technical role which lets you operate on the platform only and cannot perform customizations. As customizations need high knowledge about the APIs used to perform data transfer, our Implementers might disallow the access based on user persona.
Our integrations are dynamic in nature. The mentioned offerings are the cumulative possibilities of the platform (actual scenarios are specifically organization/business-dependent). For any disparity, please refer to the latest version of the integration brochures.
