The leading global eCommerce conference ‘Meet Magento’ was held in India for the first time on 6th and 7th of January 2018. The event brought several eCommerce enthusiasts, Magento developers, renowned Magento leaders, Mentors, and Magento experts together under the same roof to innovate, discuss and appreciate the work of the Magento Community all over the globe and showcase the enormous growth of Magento in India. This conference opened up a wider spectrum for Indian merchants to grow and nurture better with Magento.
The conference witnessed around 300+ attendees, 20+ talk sessions and several workshops to help merchants benefit from the Magento ecosystem. With already around 2000 Magento stores in India and over 50% growth every year, it is evident that Magento is being adopted rapidly in the Indian market.
InCommerce has been organizing Magento Meet-ups in Kolkata with the support of InSync which is a great boost to Magento enthusiasts in and around the region and has been recognized widely.
Ben Marks was present at the event and his support towards the growing Magento ecosystem in India has evidently inspired and enriched many more business owners and Magento users. It was a pleasure meeting Ben and his engagement with APPSeCONNECT has always encouraged us.
