The Story of SP Gruppen

SP Gruppen is a trusted supplier based in Farsta, near Stockholm. They run their own warehouse for quick dispatches, offer pick-ups and in-house transport, and support customers by phone and email during office hours.
Since 2008, they have been the exclusive Swedish distributor for Franz Veit Papierverarbeitung GmbH (receipt rolls) and they source paper bags from a Swedish producer known for quality and environmental care.

The company used SAP Business One for products, pricing, and customers, and WooCommerce for online sales. As orders and product lines grew, keeping both systems in step became hard. Manual edits took time and created mismatches.
