Sales Order
- All newly placed web orders on WooCommerce will sync to Dynamics 365 F&O as Sales Orders, created against a default customer. The ERP Sales Order will include:
- Item details
- Quantity
- Item price
- Discounts
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
- WooCommerce Order Number
Items
- Item Master Data from Dynamics 365 F&O can be synced to WooCommerce as Simple and Configurable Products.
- Items with variants will sync seamlessly from ERP to WooCommerce.
- For B2C, a fixed pricelist in Dynamics 365 F&O will act as the base price for WooCommerce.
- Quantity level discounts can also sync from ERP to WooCommerce, and the integration supports listing prices in multiple currencies.
Inventory
- Warehouse and site-specific on-hand quantities available for sale in Dynamics 365 F&O will sync to WooCommerce.
- Automatic stock updates from ERP to WooCommerce prevent overcommitting during the eCommerce sales process.
Shipment
- Once sales orders are fulfilled in ERP, shipments are processed in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Any tracking numbers associated with shipments are maintained in the system.
- Shipment updates from ERP will sync to WooCommerce, updating the web order status accordingly.
All features available for B2C also apply to B2B
Sales Order
- Newly placed orders on WooCommerce will sync to Dynamics 365 F&O as sales orders with all the necessary details:
- Item details
- Quantity
- Item price
- Discounts
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
B2B orders created offline in Dynamics 365 F&O will also sync to WooCommerce under the B2B customer.
Customer
- B2B customers in Dynamics 365 F&O and WooCommerce can be mapped, with customer additions and updates syncing bidirectionally between ERP and eCommerce.
Pricelist
- B2B customer-specific pricelists in Dynamics 365 F&O will sync to WooCommerce to offer tailored pricing for B2B customers.
- Quantity discounts will also sync from ERP to WooCommerce to maintain accurate discounts in the eCommerce portal.
** WooCommerce does not offer native B2B features, and existing plugins may not have adequate APIs for ERP integration. APPSeCONNECT provides a B2B plugin for WooCommerce, transforming it into a B2B portal with the necessary APIs for seamless ERP integration.
Product Information (Add/Update)
- Product Information is maintained centrally within Dynamics 365 F&O and synced to WooCommerce. Updates to product information are also synced between the platforms.

Price
- Product prices maintained in Dynamics 365 F&O are synced to WooCommerce. The scenario, however, varies for B2C and B2B customers.

- New customer signups on WooCommerce are synced to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with accurate information, to be able to execute the fulfilment cycle in a seamless manner.

- Telephone
- Customer Address
Contact Master
- New Contacts can be synced vice-versa in both the platforms. These are efficiently managed both in Dynamics 365 F&O and WooCommerce and can be used to sync the data. This can also be linked with the respective customer account to build the relationship.

Inventory
- Warehouse and site-specific on-hand quantity available for sale on eCommerce is synced from Dynamics 365 F&O to WooCommerce. This prevents overcommitting stocks and loss of sale when stock is available.

Order
