Sales Order

Newly placed B2C sales orders on BigCommerce will sync to SAP Business One as Sales Orders, created against a set Business Partner. The SAP B1 Sales Order will include:
- Item/Article details
- Billing and shipping address
- Calculated tax
- Shipping charges
- Discounts

Tax, shipping charges, and discounts can be configured at the line level or document level within the SAP B1 Sales Order.

Payment

Online payments made in BigCommerce will create an A/R Reserve Invoice and an Incoming Payment in SAP Business One, including the online payment transaction ID for proper payment reconciliation.

Item

Item Master Data from SAP Business One can be selectively synced to BigCommerce as Simple and Variant Products.
A set pricelist in SAP B1 will act as the base price in BigCommerce, and item updates will sync accordingly.

Inventory

One or multiple warehouses in SAP Business One can be mapped to corresponding inventory locations in BigCommerce for stock updates.
Stock availability can be synced using one of the following combinations:
- In stock
- In stock – committed
- In stock – committed + ordered

Shipment

Deliveries processed in SAP Business One, along with shipment tracking numbers, will update the BigCommerce web order status and add the tracking number to BigCommerce.

All features available for B2C also apply to B2B (order, payment, item, stock, shipment)

Sales Order

Offline B2B orders created in SAP Business One will sync to BigCommerce against the B2B customer.

Customer

B2B customers in SAP Business One (Company -> Contacts) can be mapped and synced bidirectionally with BigCommerce B2B (Company -> Contacts).

Pricelist

SAP Business One pricelists can be mapped to BigCommerce B2B pricelists, ensuring customer-specific pricing in BigCommerce B2B.

Invoices and Payment

B2B customer invoices generated in SAP Business One can be synced to BigCommerce Enterprise B2B Bundle for online payment.
Online payment information will sync back to SAP B1, creating an Incoming Payment.

Orders

Newly placed web orders in BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One as Sales Orders.
The following order details will be synced from the ERP sales order:
- Item details
- Order Number
- Quantity
- Item Price
- Discounts
- Billing and shipping address
- Taxes and Shipping Charges
Tax, Shipping Charges and Discounts can be configured in Line Level/Document level within the SAP Business One Sales Order.

Invoice / Payment

Online payments in BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One as A/R Reserve Invoice and Incoming Payments.
This will contain the Online Payment Transaction ID for proper Payment Reconciliation.

Item

Item Master Data from SAP Business One can be selectively synced to BigCommerce as Simple and Variant product types.
A pre-defined pricelist from SAP Business One will also be synced to BigCommerce and will act as the product base price in BigCommerce.
Any update to items or item details will also be synced from SAP Business One to BigCommerce.

Inventory / Warehouse / Stock

One or multiple warehouses in SAP Business One will be mapped and synced with one or multiple Inventory locations of BigCommerce for accurate stock update from SAP Business One to BigCommerce.
Stock can be picked up from SAP Business One in any of the below combinations:
- In Stock
- In Stock – Committed
- In Stock – Committed + Ordered

Fulfillment / Shipment

Delivery in SAP Business One with tracking number will be synced to update BigCommerce web order status and add a Shipment Tracking No. In BigCommerce.

Customer

New Customer
New customers and their contact information, billing, and shipping address are synced to SAP Business One Business Partner Master Data from BigCommerce
Existing Customer
Existing web customer’s details are automatically downloaded to SAP Business One.
Update Customer details
With updates in BigCommerce Customer records, corresponding SAP Business One records are also updated.

Product

List Items in different categories
List SAP Business One items in BigCommerce as Products. (BigCommerce SKU and SAP Business One Item Code are mapped for the data sync process.)
Easy download of products
Download existing web products to SAP Business One Item Master Data records from BigCommerce.
Product details update
When Products are updated in one platform, corresponding updates are synced to the other platform also.
Price Sync
When Product Prices are updated in SAP Business One, corresponding Product Prices in BigCommerce is also updated via APPSeCONNECT.

Inventory

Maintain Exact Stock level
Stock is updated from SAP Business One to BigCommerce to maintain the exact inventory level. (as Purchase and Production Cycle is only associated with ERP)
Variations of Stock
APPSeCONNECT is configured to support the following different levels of inventory sync as per the business requirement:
- In Stock-Committed
- In Stock
- In Stock- Committed + Ordered

Order

BigCommerce web Sales Orders are synced to SAP Business One as Active Sales Order via APPSeCONNECT.
(Line items, taxes, discounts associated with the Order are also synced to SAP Business One Sales Order.)

Delivery

Delivery created in SAP Business One against Web Orders is synced to BigCommerce with the status update.
The Shipment Tracking ID is also synced to from SAP Business One to BigCommerce for easy product tracking.

Invoice

BigCommerce Invoices are synced to SAP Business One as A/R Invoice via APPSeCONNECT.
(Line items, taxes, discounts associated with the Web Invoice are also synced to SAP Business One A/R Invoice.)
