CUSTOMER: Web customers who register on the Shopify store are synced back to Priority ERP with their billing and shipping addresses and contact information, and sync works bi-directionally so existing customer details from Priority ERP can be synced back to Shopify. Guest customer information can also be synced to Priority ERP under a different Customer Code for easy tracking, letting merchants plan follow-up marketing based on that contact info. ORDER: All Shopify sales orders placed by web customers are instantly converted into Priority ERP, and orders placed by guest customers are also transformed into Priority ERP against a default customer code along with the billing/shipping address. Payment method is synced back from Shopify to Priority ERP in Sales, and for online payments the transaction ID is synced back along with the payment mode so the Priority user can charge the corresponding gateway. Tax and shipping charges are value-mapped exactly for proper order total calculation. PRODUCT: Product details saved in the Priority ERP product part catalogue can be synced to Shopify, and item sync works bidirectionally so updates made on Shopify are instantly reflected in the Priority ERP part catalogue. Existing items can be downloaded to Priority ERP in just one click. INVENTORY: Stock updates made in Priority through Inventory Count are synced back to the Shopify website, with configurable stock-sync combinations such as In Stock – Committed, In Stock, or In Stock – Committed + Ordered.
